Paradise Awaits You
Discover Eiko's Beach House
Eiko’s Beach House is a nautical themed, family friendly house situated in the casual beach town of Treasure Island. Our beach house has a stunning west facing garden (with direct beach access) so you enjoy the Gulf of Mexico at Sunset. We believe in relaxation so while the kids play in our games room you can enjoy a quiet dip in the pool (or Spa).
This tropical location truly takes your breath away during sunsets, which you can enjoy from the deck. We like watching the sunset with the sand in our toes on the white sandy beaches. (you can rinse off those toes in the outdoor shower). Frequent animals spotted on the beach and around Eiko’s beach house include Dolphins, Pelicans and sometimes Manatee’s so be sure to keep and eye out!
The location strikes a brilliant balance between privacy and entertainment, it’s a stones throw from the famous Johns Pass, so you have food, drink and shopping right across the street.

I am a mother of 4 grown children and 5 grandchildren, we were never able to go on a vacation til now. We new we wanted to go to the St. Pete Beach area. We needed a house large enough for all of us. Eiko’s Beach House was great. We have 2 babies that just turned 1, we were worried about stairs. There is a gate on the outside deck and a gate at the living room stairs. We found the kitchen to have 99% of the supplies needed. Pans, baking sheets, large spoons, pitcher. Then people have left items such as plastic wrap, salt, pepper, olive oil. Beds were comfortable. It would be perfect for 3 couples and 3 or 4 kids downstairs. That bring us to the outside. I loved the outside shower, while others were inside bathing the kids I was able to run out there without holding them up. The storage room was amazing. People have left baby floats, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, fishing pole holders, beach shoes, kites, boogie boards. I donated a full bag of charcoal and full bottle of lighter fluid, again, I wouldn’t count on it being there, but was thankful for being able to use it. Heated pool was perfect for older kids when we came in to make meals and they still wanted to swim.
Which brings us to the beach!!!! It was awesomely close to the house and really private, we never felt anyone was too close to our group. Never worried about the babies or children. We did walk South on the beach and those large hotels are way way way off the beach, I felt bad that people had to lug their supplies for yards to get to water. Also seen dolphins many times swimming by, one day they were about 15 feet from shore. Walking over to St John’s Pass was really close when we wanted to go out to eat or shop. Loved getting text messages reminding us to take the trash cans out and other notifications.
So glad we decided on Eiko’s Beach House, we loved it.
