They may want to put new flooring down eventually as there are tears in the flooring upstairs and down. Everyone's bed slept well except for mine in the main bedroom. It was like a brick and the mattress/box spring are on the for; not a frame. I ended up with a sleep large deficit and very sore back for the week(I'm 58). It being the main bedroom as the only room with an attached bath, I would think that the bed would be much more comfortable like in the other rooms. I hate to even put that in the review because it's such a great place, but that should really be addressed. That bed is the only thing that would ever keep me from booking this wonderful place again. Elizabeth was very nice and very responsive, a great host.

  Perfect size and amenities for our family getaway with young children and grandparents. The proximity to the beach and views from the balcony, were perfect.

We flew in, Ubered to the house and walked everywhere.... read more Went out for dinner every night, walking to John’s Pass. You can walk everywhere from this house. Used Instacart to get delivery from Costco, Aldi, and Publix. Everything was super perfect and we barely had to pack a thing because the house is so well stocked. Cannot wait to come back!

Consider bringing extra towels, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent etc as it is only very basically stocked. Walmart is right around the corner and Walmart+ delivers there with no hassle so we literally never left!

With 7 of us in the house, we didn’t once feel like we were on top of each other. Liz was always quick to respond to my messages and questions. Was within walking distance to Madeira beach and their boardwalk and within minutes of other great restaurants. We are trying to plan our return visit!
