Of course, but they need to be confirmed with us beforehand as a pet cleaning surcharge of $75

Mondays and Thursday
Can we get an additional service during our stay?
Yes, but there is a surcharge of $120 per call out.
is there a washer and dryer on the premises?
Yes they are, beach towels are also provided.
How many people does the Eiko's Beach House sleep?
Up to 12 people
Do you have a BBQ?
We have BBQs for cooking and a fire pit for bonfires.
How many people can fit in the Hot Tub?
Up to 8 people.
Are there beach toys available for guest use?
Yes, we have a wide selection available in our outdoor, guest locker. This is located at the rear of the house.
What outdoor features does the Eiko's Beach House have?
A heated swimming pool, hot tub, firepit, hold and cold outdoor shower with privacy screens, 2 picnic tables, a hammock, 2 BBQ grills and assorted lawn furniture.
How far is it from the Airport?
It is roughly a 30 minute drive from Tampa International Airport.
How far is it from the Orlando Theme Parks?
The Orlando Theme Parks are roughly 2 hours drive away.
Is Wi-Fi provided
