I have lived in Florida my whole life... Last summer a friend of ours came down for a vacation and rented this beach house. I was very impressed! It reminded me of an old Florida house secluded on a beach surrounded by mangroves. Part of me felt like I was in the Florida keys too. Very nice!!! What surprised me the most was it is an oases in the middle of everything. A short 200-300 feet walk through the mangroves and you are on the beach. Very relaxing and just vintage Florida.
You will love it.

My whole family enjoyed a lot in the house located at the beach town of Treasure Island. I used to enjoy the view of the ocean sitting at the balcony of the house in the evening and went for water sports in the afternoon easily. I would like to come here again and again.

We have stayed there two times, and it has been an amazing experience at the beach house. It is close to the beach and a great place to enjoy time with family. I really liked the backyard and trees there. It was a peace of mind to spend time at Eiko’s Beach House. We love it.

Four families from 3 different states gathered in this home for Christmas. The house is a well-decorated history lesson with all the antiques. Liz was easy to work with and ensured all our needs were met, answering every question quickly. The house has a well equipped kitchen and more amenities than we had time to enjoy. The pool, hot tub, fire pit and deck were well-loved by our group. Truly just a short and private path to the beach. We can’t wait to return!

This was our 3rd stay and we look forward to going every year. We are excited to see the remodeling that LIZ explained will be done this fall. It's getting new flooring, bathroom remodel, and French doors from MASTER on to deck overlooking pool. Our family feels so at home here. Going every year makes us feel like we have our own beach home. One stop at the grocery store on our way there and everything else we need is already there waiting for us.

This was one of my favorite vacations. I just adore this house and hope to rent it again one day.. We really enjoyed sitting on the upper balcony for happy hour in the evenings. There are even some fruit trees on site, which came in handy for a creative cocktail (or three!) Did I mention the view? Spectacular! By the way, there are enough dunes and greenery to maintain privacy once you come off the beach. It’s so much more comfortable (and friendly!) than a hotel. Give it a try if you want to experience the best of Florida in your own private sanctuary.

Beautiful FL beach house - meat and tidy but still kid friendly! Close to shops, John’s pass, dining and shopping AND the gorgeous beach! Liz was so friendly and quickly responded when we had a question or recommendation for restaurants! We will be back!
