Treasure Bay Golf and Tennis is an exciting recreational site tucked away in the middle of Treasure Island, Florida. Treasure Bay Golf and Tennis is on 10315 Paradise Boulevard in Treasure Island, Florida. The property overlooks Boca Ciega Bay to the north and east. Not far from John’s Pass.

The club is in the City of Treasure Island in the Paradise Island neighborhood. You can access the center from Paradise Boulevard off of the Treasure Island Causeway. Treasure Bay is about eight miles west of downtown St. Petersburg and is accessible through Central Avenue North.

Treasure Bay features a nine-hole executive golf course. The par-3 course has many holes that overlook the bay and the Treasure Island Causeway. You’ll find many palm trees and bird nesting sites throughout the course.

You’ll find ten tennis courts at Treasure Bay. The recreation site has eight clay tennis courts featuring Har-Tru green clay. The naturally green surface provides a cooler surface than what a traditional hard court features. It is also easy on the body, as it does not produce excess pressure on your joints when you move around. It also dries fast after it rains.

You’ll also find two asphalt courts if you prefer that choice. The courts feature distinct blue tones and provide an even playing surface that fits all players’ needs.

Treasure Bay offers various tennis programs throughout the year. These include programs for junior players as young as five years in age.

Sand Volleyball

Bring your friends to Treasure Bay and enjoy a sand volleyball match. The white sand surface is regularly replenished to keep it comfortable.

Basketball

Treasure Bay features a full-size outdoor basketball court. It shares a surface with a few pickleball courts. The white lines on the court are easy to distinguish from the pickleball lines.

Pickleball

There are three pickleball courts at Treasure Bay. These are laid over the basketball court, with colored lines over the white basketball lines to help you see the court surface.

Pickleball is one of the most popular sports at Treasure Bay. It is a low-impact sport that is like a mix of tennis and badminton. Treasure Bay offers organized group play events on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Shuffleboard

You’ll find two shuffleboard courts at the Treasure Bay Golf and Tennis center. The shuffleboard courts are surrounded by plenty of trees providing comfortable shade to all players.

Playground

The playground at Treasure Bay features a pirate ship theme. It is an inclusive playground that meets all ADA accessibility standards.

Picnic Pavilions

Enjoy a good picnic while at Treasure Bay. The picnic pavilions feature a barbecue grill you can use when preparing foods for your event.

Clubhouse

You can rent the clubhouse at Treasure Bay for many private events. Treasure Bay offers six-hour rental periods. The clubhouse also hosts various parties and social events for residents and guests throughout the year.

Opening Hours

Treasure Bay Golf and Tennis is open on Mondays to Fridays from 8 a.m. to 9 pm. and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Prices

The prices for renting out a court or playing on the golf course will vary over whether you’re a resident of Treasure Island:

  • Clay Tennis Court: It costs $10 for residents to rent a clay court or $11 for non-residents. You can also get a pre-paid card for ten plays or a monthly membership card for $80 if you’re a resident or $90 if you’re outside the area.
  • Hard Tennis Court: You can rent a hard tennis court for $2 if you’re a resident or $3 if you are not.
  • Tennis Memberships: Tennis memberships are available for four and twelve-month periods. A four-month membership costs $216 for residents and $240 for non-residents. A twelve-month membership is $540 for residents and $600 for non-residents.
  • Golf: The price for a round of golf varies by month. It costs $9 for residents and $11 for non-residents to golf from May to December. The prices are $2 higher for the rest of the year.
  • Footgolf: It costs $8 for residents or $10 for non-residents to play a round of footgolf. You can also purchase the Family Play Pack for $25. The pack is for two adults and three juniors.
  • Clubhouse Rentals: You can rent the clubhouse for six hours at any time the property is open. It costs $200 for residents on Mondays to Thursdays and $300 for non-residents. The price goes up by $100 on Fridays to Sundays. It also costs $75 for each additional hour. The prices here do not include taxes.
